1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Vitapulseo™ website. By placing an order, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time of ordering. Visuals, descriptions and specifications are provided for guidance only. Minor variations (colour, packaging, presentation) may exist without affecting product conformity.

⚠️ Products are intended for wellness and cosmetic use only. They do not constitute a medical device or therapeutic treatment.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding any delivery charges. Vitapulseo™ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. The price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies:

  • Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
  • Confirmation of payment

Vitapulseo™ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • A prior dispute with the Customer
  • Suspected fraud
  • Non-payment or payment failure

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are those available on the website via secure payment platforms. Vitapulseo™ does not have access to the Customer's banking details at any time.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms, timeframes and areas served are detailed in the Shipping Policy available on the website. Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Full return and refund conditions are detailed in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is new and unused
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories included

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, any product that has been used or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

9. Liability

Vitapulseo™ cannot be held liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Failure to follow usage recommendations
  • Indirect or consequential damages

In any event, Vitapulseo™'s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Statutory guarantees

Products benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the Vitapulseo™ website (text, images, logos, trademarks, design) are protected under intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the company's registered office.
